What does it cost?

Each kit is priced per job. You send the job, we reply with the price and the delivery time, and nothing starts until you say yes. Premium look, contractor price.

How do I send the job?

Fill in the form on this page, then reply to our email with photos, a voice note, a sketch, plans or measurements. Whatever you already have is enough to start.

Is a rendering a set of plans?

No. Renderings are illustrations for approval and selling. Licensed architects and engineers prepare and seal construction documents. Pinnacle Projects never prepares documents for sealing.

Do you work outside Florida?

Contractor Kits are delivered remotely, so yes. On-site construction management and owner's representation are Miami-Dade and South Florida first.

Whose name goes on the kit?

Yours. Client packets and estimates go out under your business name and logo.
