The company
One firm, three disciplines.
Pinnacle Projects is one firm with three disciplines: construction management, owner's representation and intelligent orchestration, the AI that runs the paperwork, the schedule and, once it is finished, the home.
Work that used to take four or five firms and twenty people now comes from one team: faster, clearer, better communicated, and priced below the firms it replaces.
The owner trained in audio science technology and spent years as an electrician's apprentice before running projects, which is why the technology inside the home is part of the work and not an afterthought.

Eight firms used to touch your project. Now it is one team.
A design firm, a management firm, an owner's rep, an expeditor, a drafter, procurement, a back office and a tech team: each one used to be a separate bill and a separate phone call. Pinnacle Projects brings them in-house and automates the repetitive parts, so the people on the job spend their time on judgment, not paperwork.
Design concepts, palettes and layouts are presentation and coordination work. Licensed architects and engineers prepare and seal construction documents.
